Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of being placed and depending on where you are in Australia, delivery can be up to 6 working days on top of that. You will be emailed tracking information so that you can follow up on the progress of your order.
Please note that during the Christmas / Holiday period, orders may not be dispatched within 2 days.
If you are not home to receive your parcel, you should receive a parcel slip to collect your order from the Post Office – you will also need your Photo ID to collect. If the item remains uncollected and is returned to us, the customer will be charged an administrative fee of $15 before the shoes are redelivered.
When you are sent your tracking number, simply visit the Australia Post ‘Track My Item’ page and enter your number. Please allow 48 hours from placing your order, before trying to track it.
Sol Sana offer FREE delivery in Australia for all orders over $150! If your order is below $150, Sol Sana offer a site-wide flat rate of $10 to ship anywhere in Australia.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed as they are sent straight to our system for efficient processing and delivery. So please choose carefully! When your order arrives, you have 14 days to return it for a refund within the guidelines of our refund policy. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team if you need help with returning your item.
Sol Sana do not currently ship orders outside of Australia from this site. If you are visiting from overseas, please make your way to our partner site www.sol-sana.com to find a stockist in your country. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We want you to be happy! If your shoes do not fit, you want to change them or you’re simply not happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to send the product back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, so long as they haven’t been worn. To return or exchange your order, please fill out the Returns Form sent with your order, place it in the carton with your packaged item and post them to: Sol Sana Returns P.O. As soon as your return/exchange is processed, we’ll either refund the full purchase price or dispatch the exchange item. Please note that credit card refunds may take 2-3 working days to clear.
Shoes must always be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you would like to keep them. Sol Sana reserves the right to not accept returns for shoes which have been worn. Shoes that are returned without a box or in a damaged box may not be accepted.
It should also be noted that if returning your purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect fit, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage back to our warehouse, however Sol Sana will pay the cost of outgoing postage if an exchange is requested.
Sol Sana is not liable for the loss of an item being returned and we recommend that you return it using registered mail. We cannot process your return until we receive your goods and do reserve the right not to follow through with the return or exchange if there are signs of wear and tear to the item/s.
We do our utmost to ensure all shoes and accessories we send out are in pristine condition, but occasionally you may find a fault with your purchase. If you have found this to be the case, please email [email protected] with photos of your claim and we will send you a returns slip, to send the items back to us. We will only refund your monies once the item has been returned to us and assessed by our staff to determine that the item is indeed faulty and is not due to wear and tear.
